{"id":2446,"date":"2021-05-18T13:04:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T11:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.prefektidurres.gov.al\/?p=2446"},"modified":"2021-10-18T13:06:50","modified_gmt":"2021-10-18T11:06:50","slug":"takim-i-komisionit-te-mbrojtjes-civile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.prefektidurres.gov.al\/index.php\/2021\/05\/18\/takim-i-komisionit-te-mbrojtjes-civile\/","title":{"rendered":"Takim i Komisionit t\u00eb Mbrojtjes Civile."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sot m\u00eb dat\u00eb 18.05.2021, Prefekti i Qarkut Durr\u00ebs Z.Roland Nasto organizoi takimin e Komisionit t\u00eb Mbrojtjes Civile dhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb, n\u00eb nivel qarku, me q\u00ebllim marrjen e masave p\u00ebrgatitore n\u00eb parandalimin, p\u00ebrballimin si dhe minimizimin me efikasitet t\u00eb d\u00ebm\u00ebve q\u00eb mund t\u00eb krijohen, nisur dhe nga p\u00ebrvojat e deritanishme dhe problematikat e krijuara nga zjarret gjate sezonit t\u00eb kaluar.Prefekti n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij u fokusua n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrave ligjore dhe ndjekjen me prioritet dhe angazhim maksimal i t\u00eb gjitha detyrave q\u00eb percaktohen n\u00eb kuadrin ligjor nd\u00ebrmjet strukturave vendore n\u00eb nivel qarku ku r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi merr fort\u00ebsimi i bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrmjet strukturave t\u00eb Mbrojtjes Civile, MZSH, Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, Sh\u00ebrbimit Pyjor, me q\u00ebllim rritjen e gadishm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb forcave dhe mjeteve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin me sukses t\u00eb situatave gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb shfaqjes s\u00eb vatrave t\u00eb zjarrit n\u00eb territor.T\u00eb ndiqen me p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri t\u00eb gjitha pro\u00e7edurat, q\u00eb nga informimi n\u00eb koh\u00eb i vrojtuesve, deri tek reagimi efektiv n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr izolimin shuarjen dhe rikthimin n\u00eb normalitet t\u00eb situates.Rishikimi i kapaciteteve njer\u00ebzore dhe teknike si dhe analizimi i gjendjes ku jemi n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb gadishm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb potencialeve njer\u00ebzore, mjeteve t\u00eb domosdoshme n\u00eb nivel qarku me q\u00ebllim gadishm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr marrjen e masave t\u00eb nevojshme sipas kontekstit t\u00eb ngjarjes.Prefekti la detyr\u00eb Bashkive, Njesive Administrative, MZSH-VE, Policis\u00eb, Kryepleqve, Inspektoriatit t\u00eb Pyjeve t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb situates pasi roli juaj \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe vendimtar, n\u00eb sensibilizimin e popullates, t\u00eb rishikohen planet e gadishm\u00ebris\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb plot\u00ebsimet dhe p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimet e nevojshme.Institucioni i Prefektit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Emergjencave Civile do t\u00eb kontrolloj\u00eb planet e gadishm\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do Bashki dhe Nj\u00ebsi Admnistrative, p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimin e k\u00ebtyre planeve n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat duhet t\u00eb evidentohen sakt\u00ebsisht kapacitetet dhe resurset q\u00eb disponon \u00e7do bashki n\u00eb teritorin e saj.
